Can I specify a time for delivery?

Deliveries are typically made between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to business locations and between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to residential locations. Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this depends on our affiliates' delivery schedule in the service area. If you have a special situation, please call us at 1-800-Balloons (1-800-225-5666) or if the lines are busy, email us at customerservice@1-800-Balloons.com with your confirmation number and phone number. We will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases, additional fees will be applied for time sensitive orders.
